Drake Valley Press is a young publisher committed to excellence. We're comprised of a team of voracious readers and self-described perfectionists. We have been in business since 2002. We publish trade paperback for USA distribution and eBooks for worldwide distribution. We are a traditional publisher (not print-on-demand) who pays royalties on books sold. We do not generally pay author advances. We do not publish coffee table books, illustrated books, children's books, cookbooks, poetry, or scholarly works. These each have merits of their own, and deserve a publisher with expertise in those areas. We publish fiction that grabs us from the first page and take us on a whirlwind adventure far away from our every-day lives, filled with vivid characters that we remember long after reading the last page. The non-fiction books we publish are stories with gripping characters who must surmount monumental obstacles for which they weren't prepared.
